Fuji Sushi & Grill

Great food! Had the “All You Can Eat” menu, really enjoyed the selection, especially the small plate/appetizers. The pork Bao buns were good, loved the little mini poke bowl and mini ramen bowl! Sushi selection was as expected for Japanese restaurants here in Pensacola. Our rolls were fresh and delicious. Recommend the Green Dragon Maki and the Tsunami roll. Fried ice cream was a decent size, leave room for that! Also, and most important (to me at least)…the bathrooms were clean.

Ate here earlier in the week and had to come back for more. The food is just to good. FRESHLY made to order. The all you can eat menus are full of items that you want.to keep ordering...if I were selfish I would not post anything to keep the crowds down...but this place is to good not to share. Swing by and discover the goodness.

Tonight we tried the new Fuji Sushi & Grill restaurant that opened in the old Biglots shopping center on Davis Hwy. First, it's a beautiful place. The owner (I think) saw me taking pictures and came over to our table to ask if I liked the decor. He said he did it all in 15 days. He's so excited to have this restaurant and seems to take a lot of pride in his work. There's a conveyor belt that runs modeling wine and fake food, but they said they're really not ready to use it yet. There's a bar with what looks like a stations for hotpots, but I'm not quite sure. There's back area with a bar, more tables, and where they keep the salad bar. The food we ordered was beautifully prepared and we all enjoyed our dinner. We ordered from the A La Carte menu, but there is also a 2 sided "All You Can Eat" menu with everything you could possible want for $30. We got egg rolls, which were fine, but unremarkable. My guys enjoyed their California rolls. I just wanted my pork ramen which is called 'Shoyu' on the menu. It was HUGE and delicious! Everything about it was perfect from the texture of the noodles to the smoky, creamy, broth to the marinated pork belly. My guys both had the Pork Belly a la carte dinner. The server was new but tried really hard. The restaurant has only been open a month. I will definitely go back for more ramen and to try new things. I would definitely recommend going to check it out.

10/10 I absolutely love this place. Today, my husband and I's tried this place for the first time and we gwill definitely be back. We did the AYCE sushi. Everything was delicious, from the clear soup to the sushi rolls and even the bobba teas. My absolute favorite are the sweet and spicy dumplings. They are to die for. If you love sushi, definitely give this a place try and judge for yourself

The service was excellent. For context, a competing restaurant was knocked out by storms that day. We waited and decided to head here instead. The atmosphere is impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious and you can be sure I'm coming back a second time. Juniper was ON POINT the whole time, keeping us full up on drinks with a friendly smile. Bar none, my favourite KBBQ place in the area. New hangout whenever me and friends are in the area. Which should mean a lot, I've only reviewed like 2-3 places on maps lol

I came to this place because the owner is Taiwanese and I wanted to show support. I just went for their lunch sushi AYCE for $20. The fish was fresh but the chef was not Asian. What I love about this place is that I can get sashimi as part of my lunch AYCE. You cannot get that at masa or Wako. In addition I love their mini poke bowl and mini ramen choices. I got the beef ramen which tasted just like beef noodle soup. Please see pics. I also ordered two rolls. The rice was cold and not cooked thoroughly IMO which is why I gave only four stars. Service was decent. I'll go back for their AYCE hot pot and Korean BBQ. The restaurant was renovated and looks a lot nicer. They also have conveyer belt to serve the sushi down the road.

7 of my friends and I religiously go out for All You Can Eat sushi every other week to Sushi Masa usually. When I heard about this new place opened up, I told them we had to try it! We went on a Tuesday night around 7pm and they weren't very busy. As soon as we walked in though we instantly fell in love with the atmosphere. The decorations and setup looked great. I read prior reviews of slow service during non busy times and was a little worried we would be waiting a while for our food since we were a big party. But, the service was phenomenal. Our food came out quickly while keeping the quality of each dish. We had the AYCE sushi and tried the AYCE Hotpot The Gyoza (Pan fried dumplings) were our fav appetizer. They were actually fried and had great taste, the best out of all the AYCE sushi places in the area by far. I also tried the Agi Tofu and Fuji Bao, both very good. I am only disappointed that they don't have Spring Rolls/Egg roll on their menu. My friends tried the soups and edamame and said they also had a lot more flavor to them than other places. The Hotpot was solid, great options and high quality meats. Additionally it's great that each person can decide which AYCE menu they prefer. As other places force the entire group to get the same thing for an extra charge. As for the sushi overall it was tasty. Majority of us said they preferred the rolls here over Masa or Wako, if not about the same. The mini Poké bowls are a great addition, and tasty. As for the mini Ramen Bowls they are not so mini, huge infact. Personally I did not think the Ramen was very good in the AYCE menu, but that's okay, since I'm sure the Al la carte one is better. Overall personally I'd give it a 8/10 for everything. Great new place! I hope they are successful and get a lot more customers. Definitely a place worth trying. It's also a little less expensive than the other places, bonus for military discount! We will be back...

Enjoyed the all you can eat lunch today, all the food was prepared fresh and the temperature of all our food was perfect! The service was great, our waiter Allan was very tentative and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The restaurant was clean and looked very nice! This will definitely be a normal spot for us!
